Features of PU Round Belt:
1. Good abrasion resistance
Among the known rubbers, polyurethane has the best abrasion resistance. Its wear resistance is 5-10 times that of natural rubber. Thus, the polyurethane round belt is impact resistant, extremely high tensile and tensile strength. Moreover, it has good thermal stability, high elongation performance. 2. Oil resistant, waterproof and chemical resistance.
Polyurethane is a polymer material. Thus, it is hardly corroded in fuel and machine oil. Polyurethane round belt has excellent water resistance at room temperature.
At the same time, the O-belt can also be used for a long time in harsh external environments. It not only has good damping performance, but also improves the strength of mechanical operation. Difference with other drive belts

How to install the PU round belt rightly?
Whether you want to replace the polyurethane round belt or reinstall it on a new transmission device, we recommend following the steps below:
1. Turn off the power first and remove the protective cover. Loosen the mounting bolts of the motor. Special reminder: Do not pry off the PU round belt.
2. Remove the old belt. Check for abnormal wear. Then choose a suitable belt replacement.
3. Clean the round urethane belt and pulley. Wipe with a rag moistened with some non-volatile liquid. Do not soak in detergent or scrub the belt. It must keep the polyurethane round belt dry before installation and use.
4. Check the remaining parts of the transmission device.
5. Tighten the center distance of the transmission device until the belt tension is proper.
8. Tighten the assembly bolts of the motor. Correct the torque. Be sure to make sure that all transmission parts are tightened.
Pay special attention to the performance of the PU polyurethane round belt when starting the device. If any abnormality is found, handle it in time.
How to weld polyurethane belts?
1. The easiest way: put polyurethane round belt on a lighter or alcohol lamp. Joining immediately after heating and melting;
2. Put round urethane belt on the flat soldering iron. Jointing immediately after the two ends are melted;
3. If the quantity and requirements are high, purchase a pu round belt welding machine;
The easiest method of jointing the ends of PU round belt:
Step1: To be heated with an alcohol lamp until it is hot enough to melt the end of the belting.
Step2: Join the ends together until they cool.
Step3: Trim off the extra material around the joint until the joint is the same diameter as polyurethane round belt.
