Description
This 108khz piezo disc is a kind of mesh microporous atomizer. Stainless steel plate diameter is 16mm and 20mm. And the white silicone ring diameter is 20mm and 25mm. We usually use it for USB ultrasonic humidifier. It must make mist together with a driver board. The driving voltage is 5V DC. If you need the PCB board, we also provide it.
The default pore size of our 108khz piezo ceramic atomizer is 5μm. And micro hole quantity in SUS304 mesh is about 800 pcs. Its mist output is 40~50ml per hour. Of course, we can customize the aperture and atomization volume. The application of this 108khz mesh piezo atomizer is as follows: USB mini humidifier, beauty mister and other ultrasonic nebulizers.

FAQ
Q1: How to distinguish the front and back side of the microporous atomizer disc?
A1: In fact, it’s easy to know the different sides. Take this 108khz piezo ceramic atomizer as an example. The front side includes ‘White Piezo’, ‘Red Soldering Wire’ and ‘Silicon Ring Notch’. And the back side is the “full stainless steel plate”.
The front side is the spray side. Install it upwards. The back side is the water suction side. Mount it downwards. We can’t install the 108khz piezo atomizer disc backwards. Otherwise there is little or no fog coming out.
Q2: When should I replace the ultrasonic mesh nebulizer?
A2: If the following situations occur, please replace the piezo atomizing disc.
① Humidifier disc does not produce mist, or the mist is small, or the mist is not high enough;
② The atomizing steel sheet is damaged;
③ There is white dirt on the surface of the steel sheet;
④ The white piezoelectric ceramic sheet is cracked.
Generally speaking, if the USB ultrasonic humidifier does not make mist, the probability that the atomizer is broken is 80%. The probability that the circuit board is broken is 20%. In this case, just replace the atomizer with a new one. Then the USB humidifier will be in good condition.
Q3: What to do if the atomizing mesh hole is clogged?
A3: We can use white vinegar to gently wipe both sides of the atomizer steel sheet. But don’t puncture the mesh of 108khz piezo disc .
Q4: What’s the mist output of your microporous piezoelectric atomizer?
A4: For this 108khz piezo ceramic atomizer, its regular output is 40~50ml/hour. Of course, more atomization volume is optional.
